Is waiting thirty years too late for too many?
British Scientists begin a research study that will be the world’s largest, to date, to look at whether cell phones cause illnesses and specifically brain cancer. Over a quarter of a million people from 5 different countries will participate in the study. And while experts hope that the debate will finally be settled, the study is supposed to last in excess of 30 years. Thirty years?
In the meantime, there are those of us who believe that we can’t afford to wait thirty years.

It has been suggested that cell phones can be of great benefit to children for learning in the classroom as well as a way to communicate in emergencies, but the risks far outweigh the benefits because of the danger of brain cancer.
